Partridge Crafts' goal is for all customers to be happy with their purchase. Here is what we can do to help you!

• Exchange a product for a different color, when the product that has not been used or worn within 30 days of receipt
• Exchange for a similar priced product, when the product has not been used/worn within 30 days of receipt
• Damaged product, which is not due to not normal wear, can be replaced with same or similar product within 90 days of purchase 
• Return for full refund for any reason can be done on a non worn/used product within 30 days
